I've made the short list for the Best Eclectic Book Blog for Book Blogger Appreciation Week (BBAW) and I so completely thrilled I could pee my pants with excitement.Twenty-seven blogs were part of the long list, and the amazing judges have narrowed it down to seven for the short list. These are all amazing blogs, and I'm tickled pink to be counted among them.
In other news, I'm joining two new challenges: the Really Old Classics Challenge and the YA Dystopian Reading Challenge. I've finished the majority of my challenges; although I can't seem to let them go, and I keep adding new books to the lists. I'm very excited for these two challenges as the first will get me back to pre-blogging reading habits and the second as it will further my post-blogging reading preference.
Finally, I want to give a big thank you to the wonderful bloggers who were kind enough to take care of things while I was away with family. The reunion and Gladiolus Festival were tons of fun, and while I missed all of you (and reading), it was really nice to be unplugged for a full two weeks. This is for my guest posters:
